Educational Assistance Request

The Continuing Education Assistance program is based on Village’s dedication to developing leaders that are committed to increasing their knowledge, skills, and performance on the path to becoming better ministers of the gospel.

The program is evaluated on an annual basis and is dependent on sufficient budget being allocated. The program currently provides financial assistance for up to 75% of tuition for continuing education to a maximum of $1,500 per semester payable to the institution. The program applies only to 3rd year and higher undergrad and postgrad coursework. This financial assistance does not include books or other institutional fees.

Acceptance is dependent upon the completion of an application, supervisor approval, and room within the budget. You must reapply for financial assistance each semester. If you fail a course, that course will not be funded again.
You must submit a record of grades upon completion of a semester.

The program is open to full-time staff only. Course load should be considered with the understanding that a full workweek is required. The following conditions apply:

maximum of 1 class funded per semester
no class/homework on paid time
assistance eligibility for 3rd year undergrad and higher coursework only
